For the past 8 years, agrofood Nigeria has been a key platform for Dutch agribusiness engagement in Nigeria. The orange Netherlands Pavilion in Hall 2 has become a familiar meeting point for professionals in agricultural innovation, bringing together Dutch companies and Nigerian partners to exchange ideas, build trust, and develop concrete business collaborations.
This year, the Netherlands Pavilion will be more vibrant than ever, as the Netherlands is proud to serve as Guest of Honor. Visitors can look out for around 20 Dutch companies participating in the 11th edition of agrofood Nigeria 2026, showcasing solutions across horticulture, including seed and other input technologies, greenhouse systems, food processing, agrologistics, and sustainable, climate smart agri-food innovations, reflecting the depth and consistency of Dutch involvement over the years.
Nigeria’s rapidly growing and youthful population presents both challenges and opportunities for the agri-food sector. Through long-standing cooperation, trade missions, and investment dialogue, the Netherlands continues to support inclusive, market-driven solutions that strengthen food security and create economic opportunities. The Guest of Honor status reinforces this partnership and provides a strong platform to deepen collaboration at agrofood Nigeria 2026. The Netherlands Pavilion extends its sincere appreciation to the organiser, fairtrade Messe, for the initiative and the excellent co-operation over the years, and is looking forward to participating again from 24 to 26 March 2026.
