And this is what they said ...

Mr Marco Spinger
Director of Global Markets & IT Division – AUMA Association of the German Trade Fair Industry

After 2 days here at agrofood & plastprintpack Nigeria 2018 I can draw the following conclusions for the German Pavilion: Our exhibitors in the German Pavilion had an average of 30 contacts. And the strategy of the organizer to concentrate on trade visitors has proved successful.

Mr Dieter Rohlf
Feed & Biofuel Technologies Area Sales Manager Africa – ANDRITZ

The Nigerian market as well as the West African market have the best chances to grow. Up to now we met feed mill owners and developers at agrofood Nigeria 2018. Already the first day saw quality clients.

Mr Eric van Zandwyk
Delphy

Nigeria has a huge population and keeps growing. Those people need to be fed. Delphy can assist in sustainable intensification of agriculture through trainings & knowledge transfer.

Up to now we meet companies or individual farmers interested in investments in the agricultural sector. They seem to be realistic, but require more information. We had lots of interested people so far at agrofood Nigeria 2018.  And one highlight here is the independent attitude of the Nigerian people.

Sales Manager – BECK automation / Mr Rainer Klass, Sales Manager Middle East & Africa – IMD vista

Nigeria is a great country with huge potentials, that’s why it is an important market for our company. Consumer market needs quality packaging and the West African market is open to many investors.

Up to now we are meeting customers and potential buyers not only from the packaging sector.

agrofood Nigeria 2018 is well organized with a touch of European standard. One of the highlights was the grand opening ceremony. I will not fail to mention the great support of the Swiss and German Consulate General. Their collaboration is encouraging.

Mr Carlo Abbiati
Area Sales Manager – Teknoice s.r.l.

Nigeria is the first African economy with a potential market of almost 200 million people. It is the centre of West Africa and we expect a lot of this area.

Here at agrofood Nigeria 2018 I met existing and potential customers/investors in the ice cream business. This year I note an improved visitor quality. So far I’m really satisfied with the show and my visitors.

The organization of the show is really great and the show is an excellent networking place in Nigeria.

Mr Quentin Questiaux
Country Manager Nigeria – Givaudan

There is a lot of promising and substantial development potential for Givaudan in the growing Nigerian market. Nigeria is focusing on developing its agricultural and food sector and this creates an opportunity for us to help our customers to grow.

We have the opportunity here at agrofood Nigeria 2018 to meet customers in the beverage and food manufacturing sector and we are more than satisfied with the number and quality of our visitors.

agrofood Nigeria is well organized and the entry is limited to professional visitors as there is an entry fee. This enables us to deal with individuals really interested in our products. The show is a great place to help us understand the key areas of developments we have to focus on, through interaction with key individuals.

Mr Jean-Pierre Beraud
Chairman – Decopack

At agrofood Nigeria 2018 we meet our traditional customers from the beverage business as well as new customers.

Ms Simphiwe Xinwa
Head International Trade – Shumayela Holdings (Trevines Wines)

The Nigerian market is the biggest African market and they love wine, especially red wine (Cabernet, Sauvigon, Shiraz, Merlot and sparkling wine just to name a few!). I believe there is room for my brand to grow and I have a market share in the economy.

The majority of the people here at my booth at agrofood Nigeria 2018 so far are good and potential clients. I’m looking for wine distributors, hotel owners, club owners and places where the wine would have a market.

I really enjoyed the cocktail afternoon which was organized the first evening.

Mr Sihle Magubane
Sihle’s Brew

We believe that Sihle’s Brew Coffee will do well because the Nigerians want to live healthy. And we manufacture 100% pure Arabica coffee.

All customers here at agrofood Nigeria 2018 are keen for the products. We also would like to find a distributor for our products here.

Ms Beverly Joshua
Pickle-icious

My products appeal to the Nigerian population because they fit to their food-taste: They are natural, healthy and delicious and they also appeal to a wide range of the African population.

I already had visitors here at agrofood Nigeria 2018 which came and wanted to distribute my products in South Africa.

The show is a great opportunity to learn about latest global trends and to increase the distribution of our products.

Mr Preecha Chaicharncheep
Export Manager – Tipco
